When in a serious relationship and in love with someone, if the relationship falters and you are not receiving the love that you deserve, you will most probably reach a point of wanting to end the relationship. There are two ways of saying "goodbye," a real one and a false one.

Simple logic tells you that isn't the case. All money the Government uses is taxpayer money regardless of how it is spent. So I have to assume that what he seems to be saying isn't what he's actually saying. And he also says that the Government rules by consent of and answers only to the rich. But that's not true either. The Government could be torn down by the citizenry if the citizenry weren't happy with it. The fact that the citizenry haven't done so tells you that they are consenting to the Government.
